ARTICLE 11 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed illegal, void or unenforceable, this provision will nevertheless be applicable to the full extent permitted by law, and the non-applicable part will be considered to be dissociated from these Terms and Conditions, without this judgment affecting the validity and applicability of the other provisions.
ARTICLE 12 - TERMINATION
The obligations and responsibilities undertaken by the parties before the termination date will remain in effect after the termination of this agreement, for all purposes.
These Terms and Conditions will remain in effect, unless and until terminated by you or us. You can terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you stop using our website. ARTICLE 13 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Any failure on our part to exercise or apply a right or a provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of this right or this provision.
These Terms and Conditions or any other policy or operating rule that we post on this website or that relates to our services constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you and us, and govern your use of the Service. They supersede all previous and current agreements, communications and proposals, oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any previous version of the Terms and Conditions).
