D. User rights and procedure for implementing these rights

In accordance with the regulations regarding the processing of personal data, the user has the rights listed below.

In order for the data controller to comply with their request, the user is required to provide the data controller with: their first name, last name and email address, and, if relevant, their membership number.

The data controller is required to respond to the user within a maximum of 30 days.

a) Right of access, modification and right to be forgotten

The user can consult, update, modify or request the deletion of their data, by respecting the procedure set out below: the user must send an email to the person in charge of processing personal data, specifying the subject of their request and using the email address provided above.

If they have one, the user has the right to request the deletion of their member space by respecting the following procedure: the user must send an email to the data controller, specifying their membership number. The request for deletion of data will be processed within 10 working days.

b) Right to limit and oppose data processing

The user has the right to request the limitation or to oppose the processing of data by the website, without the website being able to refuse, except to demonstrate the existence of legitimate and compelling reasons, which may prevail over the interests, the rights and freedom of the user.

E. Obligations of the data controller

The data controller agrees to protect the personal data collected, not to pass them onto third parties without the user having been informed and to respect the purposes for which these data were collected.

In addition, the data controller agrees to notify the user in the event of modification or deletion of the data, unless this entails disproportionate formalities, costs and procedures for them.

In the event that the integrity, confidentiality or security of the user's personal data is compromised, the data controller agrees to inform the user by any means available.

Article 3 - Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Legal Notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the French courts in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction in force.

The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés) regarding the use made of their personal data by the data controller.
